Eric was named founding Executive Director of the organization on January 10, 2011. Eric is a licensed Landscape Architect in NJ and PA and holds a Professional Planners license in NJ.  Eric has more than 20 years of experience working with a number of for-profit and not-for-profit companies in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the King of Prussia Business Improvement District, Eric served as VP of a residential real estate development firm in NJ from 2004-2010 and was the Director of Capital Programs and then Executive Director of the University City District in Philadelphia from 1998-2004. Eric was the recipient of the prestigious Philadelphia Business Journal's 40 Under Forty award in 2003 and is a graduate of the 2001 Leadership Philadelphia program. Eric lives with his wife and two children in Moorestown, NJ.

Brooke, a graduate of Penn State University, received her BA in Public Relations with a minor in Business. For the past few years, Brooke has worked as a Communications Specialist for the VIrginia Museum of Fine Arts and as a Public Relations Assistant for the Richmond Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau (RMCVB). Brooke is responsible for managing all of the BID's marketing and communications initiatives including website development and maintenance, social media, collateral, databases and events.
